| Louis is great. Unfortunately they misdiagnosed my vehicle and installed a part I didn't need. They said they would just charge me for the part, but bill included $145 for diagnostic (which ended up being wrong). So I bought a part I didn't need, paid for a misdiagnosis, and ended up with an oil change for $600. They said they would reimburse the $145, but it didn't happen. Three stars because they have been good before. But after my last visit, I'm not sure about going back. |
